Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, self-talk, overcoming doubts/fears, turning perceived setbacks into comebacks, energy, and mindset. She will be emphasizing the Ski Programs values of: ENJOY YOURSELF, MINDSET and RESILIENCY. Ashley will also reinforce the WOLVES athletics motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Building rapport
-Effective communication
-Self-advocacy
-The power of influence
-Leadership
