Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: keeping things simple, taking things as they are, taking action instead of reacting, the influence energy has on your life, how to improve your energy, creating high performance habits, commiting to something greater than yourself, language/action alignment and embracing opportunities. She will emphasize the WOLVES Baseball Program Values of: TEAMWORK/COMMITMENT/CHARACTER as well as the NRHS Athletics Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Paying attention to detail during practice/game routines
-Confidence
-Patience
-Mindset
-Resiliency
