Girls Ages 10-18

Throughout these interactive mini-sessions Ashley will be focusing on: body language, self-talk, standards, communication, leadership, and the impact of energy. She will reinforce the Nike Field Hockey Camp program mission to build confidence in a supportive and energetic training environment. Ashley also emphasized the importance of the Massachusetts Field Hockey camps design to help athletes grow both on and off the field. She provided participants tools they can implement immediately that will impact not only how they play the sport of Field Hockey but how to navigate through the quicksands of life both now and in the future with confidence.
Ashley’s also incorporated activities to improve:
-Going ALL IN
-Camaraderie
-Self-Advocacy
-Turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks
