Wellness Assembly: 9th and 10th Grade

Throughout this interactive Wellness Assembly Ashley will be focusing on: how the little things make a big difference, where you were/are/want to go, mindset, creating/building confidence, making choices/decisions with intention, overcoming doubts/fears, noticing “wins,” self-advocacy, character, the importance of simplicity, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, setting/communicating/reinforcing boundaries, self-talk, you become who you surround yourself with and language/action alignment. Ashley will share parts of her personal story while reinforcing/emphasizing the NRHS Mission to create a thriving community of inspired learners who: cultivate their fullest potential, create their own future and contribute to an ever-changing world.
Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:

-Effective Leadership
-Going ALL IN
