Baseball Team

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: creating high performance habits, body language, emotional/mental/physical GRIT, language/action alignment, mindset, courage, pressure is a privilege, how you “show up” matters, effective leadership, internal connection, setting/attaining high standards, sportsmanship, committing to something greater than yourself and reinforcing a culture of positive authentic energy. The QCC WYVERNS Baseball Values of: Accountability. Discipline. Honesty. will be emphasized during all of the strategically planned: individual, partner, small group and team activities.

Ashley will also incorporate exercises to improve:
-Camaraderie
-Sportsmanship
-Building resilience
-Taking action/reacting
