Girls Basketball Program

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: teamwork, confidence, effective leadership, building rapport, body language, going ALL IN and character. She will reinforce the Rockets Girls Basketball Program values of: RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, PERSEVERANCE and SCHOLARSHIP while also emphasizing the importance of mindset and resiliency.

Ashley will also be tailoring in the following topics:
-communication
-making choices/decisions with intention
-the power of influence
-setting goals/results
-accountability
