Boys Baseball Program

Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: leadership, going ALL IN, confidence, mindset, and encouragement. She will emphasize the Rams motto “Accountability in Action” and reinforce SHRHS’s “Commitment to Excellence” to educate, challenge, and empower students to succeed in the 21st century.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-mental toughness
-teamwork
-building resiliency
-being present
-creating rapport
-communication
