Softball Program
March 22 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: the overall impact of standards, mental aspects of sports, building a team culture, motivation, language and action alignment, character, camaraderie, confidence, enhancing team performance, creating program expectations and the power of routines. She will reinforce the Colonials Athletic Program Motto: Accountability, Competitiveness, and Empowerment throughout the session.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Connection
-Communication
-Effective leadership
-Body language
-Mindset
