Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, attaching “meaning,” the influence of energy, body language, going ALL IN, mindset and encouragement. Ashley will reinforce the Colonials athletic values: Accountability, Competitiveness and Empowerment while also emphasizing the Shrewsbury motto: Effort/Attitude/Discipline.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Confidence
-Committing to results and set goals
-Choosing your words
-Listening to understand
-Becoming aware of connection
