Field Hockey Program

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: communication, leading by example, body language, encouragement, energy and consistency. She will reinforce the importance of mindset and resiliency as well as the Colonials motto: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-going ALL IN
-confidence
-self-advocacy
-letting it go
-determination
-teamwork
