Boys Baseball Program

Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, teamwork, communication, trust, seizing the moment, and leadership. She will emphasize the Colonials motto of EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as provide tools that build rapport and create resiliency.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-energy
-going ALL IN!
-body language
-mindset
