Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: encouragement, standing tall, the influence of energy, mindset, GRIT, confidence, the ripple effect, embracing moments, and the commitment to individual and team intentional improvement/growth. She will emphasize the COLONIALS Boys Basketball Program Values of: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE and reinforce the SHS Athletic Department Values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. during the workshop.
Ashley will incorporate activities that improve:
-Routines
-Setting/attaining goals
-Effective leadership
-Communication
-Understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself
