Boys Basketball Program

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: body language, standards, accountability, routines, energy, the power of influence, GRIT and encouragement. The COLONIALS Boys Basketball Program Values of: EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE/FAMILY and SHS Athletic Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. will be emphasized and reinforced consistently throughout the workshop.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:

-Resiliency
-Character
-Confidence
-Understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself
