Shrewsbury High School Refresher Workshop
Varsity Softball
May 9 @ 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: mindset, momentum, body language, routines, self-talk, team dynamics, confidence and grit. During the session she will reinforce the COLONIALS Softball Program Values of: FAMILY/COMMITMENT/INTEGRITY as well as emphasize the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-Communication
-Encouragement
-Embracing the Process of Progress
-Paying Attention to Detail During Practices/Games
