Throughout the interactive workshops Ashley and Shrewsbury Athletic Director Jay Costa will provide student-athletes with a variety of activities to reinforce the Colonials 2022-23 motto: EFFORT, ATTITUDE and DISCIPLINE. The workshops will focus on: leadership, communication, culture, teamwork, expectations/appreciation, confidence, and the ripple effect.
