Baseball Program

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: effective leadership, the little things that make a big difference, how you “show up” matters, staying positive when being “tested,” focus/clarity of what you CAN/CAN’T control, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT, courage, building resilience, pressure is a privilege, standards, routines, facing challenges/embracing opportunities, effort=results, self-talk, body language and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the COLONIALS Baseball Program Values of: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/WORK HARD/ BE A GOOD TEAMMATE and reinforce the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. during the session.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Confidence
-Communication
-Resilience
-Going ALL IN

Open to Shrewsbury High School Baseball Program Student-Athletes ONLY
