Throughout this session Ashley will be focusing on: effective leadership, accountability, creating momentum, encouragement, camaraderie, routines, effort=results, mindset, emotional/mental/physical GRIT, being a part of something greater than yourself and creating high performance habits. She will reinforce the COLONIALS baseball program values: POSITIVE ATTITUDE/HARD WORK/BE A GOOD TEAMMATE and emphasize the SHS Athletic Department values: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment. during the workshop.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
