Girls Soccer Program

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: communication, encouragement, self-talk, embracing mistakes, confidence, creating high performance habits, keeping it simple, the power of influence, and being a part of something greater than yourself. She will reinforce and emphasize the STAGS Girls Soccer Program Values: COMMITMENT/DISCIPLINE/WORK ETHIC and the TRHS motto: STAG Strong…Better TOGETHER during the individual, partner, small group, and whole program strategically planned activities.

Ashley will also incorporate exercises that improve:
-Going ALL IN
-Accountability
-Turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks
