Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, embracing opportunities, language/action alignment, setting/attaining high standards, creating high performance habits, patience, effective leadership, self-talk, body language, emotional/mental/physical GRIT, paying attention to detail during practices/game routines, building resilience and understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself. The TRHS Girls Soccer Program Values: COMMITMENT/DISCIPLINE/WORK ETHIC will be emphasized and the STAG motto: STAG Strong…Better TOGETHER will be consistently reinforced throughout the workshop.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Confidence
-Going ALL IN
-Communication
-Courage
-Sportsmanship
