Girls Lacrosse Program

This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, embracing the process of progress, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the RANGERS Girls Lacrosse Program Values: GRIT/UNITY/RESPECT during the workshop session.

Ashley will also incorporate exercises that improve:
-Resilience
-Setting/attaining goals
