Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: embracing the power of progress, confidence, taking action instead of reacting, body language, effective speaking/tone, turning perceived setbacks into empowering comebacks, believing in yourself/others, the impact others have had on our lives, building rapport and being a part of something greater than yourself. She will also reinforce the WCUFH Program Values of: Leadership. Communication. Confidence. throughout the workshop.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Unity
-Trust
-Energy
-Building character
-Resiliency
