The Shine Initiative and NTQ will be joining forces to present an interactive informative assembly/workshop session focused on: recognizing early signs of mental health struggles, enhancing overall performance, strengthening coping skills, building resilience, managing everyday life stressors, the power of influence, being a supportive teammate, how the little things are…the big things, confidence, self-talk, body language, understanding the body-mind stress response and that you are a part of something greater than yourself. These student-athletes will be provided with tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical limits/pressures they so often put on themselves not only as student-athletes but in all aspects of life.
Open to WPI Men’s Soccer and Football Team Student-Athletes ONLY
