Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: confidence, keeping things simple, going ALL IN, energy, taking action instead of reacting, and believing in yourself and others. She will provide participants with various tools that help them push through emotional, mental, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Ashley will be an additional asset in the present and future emphasizing the importance of developing the overall athlete both on and off of the field.
