Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: mindset, momentum, body language, routines, self-talk, team dynamics, confidence and grit. During the session she will reinforce the COLONIALS Softball Program Values of: FAMILY/COMMITMENT/INTEGRITY as well as emphasize the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability.
