Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: camaraderie, values, body language, communication, mindset, keeping things simple, how the little things add up to the big things and the importance of routines. She will also reinforce the ASRHS Volleyball Program Values of: ATTITUDE/EFFORT/PERSEVERANCE as well as emphasize the PANTHERS Athletic Department Values: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. throughout the session.
