Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, improving confidence, keeping things simple, going ALL IN, taking action instead of reacting, the influence of energy, listening to understand, attaching "meaning," body language, committing to results/set goals, and effective speaking/tone. She will also reinforce the PANTHERS Cheer Program Values of: ACCOUNTABILITY/CONFIDENCE/ATTITUDE and emphasize the ASRHS Athletic Department Values of: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. during the session.
