Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: embracing mistakes, encouragement, self-talk, confidence, creating high performance habits, keeping it simple, the power of influence, and being a part of something greater than yourself. She will reinforce and emphasize the Panthers Softball Program Values: MENTAL TOUGHNESS/RESILIENCE/TOGETHERNESS during the individual, partner, small group, and whole program strategically planned activities.
