Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: understanding resilience and its importance, internal connection, creating a culture of positive authentic energy, setting/attaining high standards, language/action alignment, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, building a strong support network, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, the impact of consistency/creating momentum, trust, ownership, resourcefulness, effective leadership and the power of presence. The WYVERNS Baseball Team Values: ACCOUNTABILITY/DISCIPLINE/HONESTY will be emphasized and reinforced during the workshop activities.

Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She'll also cover personal routines for success, the idea that there's no off season, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for student-athletes, implementing 5 pillar values off the field, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and football related), boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.
