Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, committing to something greater than yourself, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, language/action alignment, creating a culture of positive authentic energy, setting/attaining high standards, patience, paying attention to detail during practice/game routines and effective leadership. She will reinforce the BISON Women's Volleyball Team Values: Integrity. Teamwork. Community. Communication. consistently during the thoughtfully structured session.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: understanding resilience and its importance, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, the impact of consistency, accountability and trust. She will emphasize the Mindmatters Summit goal of decreasing stigma around mental health as well as encompassing the Shine Initiative’s dedication to raise mental health awareness with a focus on Massachusetts Schools, businesses, and organizations. This REFRESHER will focus on: the power of one, the little things that make a big difference, building upon deliberate decisions, compounding leadership skills, body language, developing habits for peak performance, pushing beyond emotional/mental/physical constraints, enhancing self assurance, and the strength of momentum. Ashley will reinforce the BISON Women's Volleyball Team Values: Integrity. Teamwork. Community. Communication. throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She'll also cover personal routines for success, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include the power of momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for student-athletes, implementing BISON Women's Volleyball Team Values: Integrity. Teamwork. Community. Communication. off the court, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and volleyball related), boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.
