The PANTHERS Baseball and Softball programs will be joining forces encouraging each other emotionally, mentally and physically to give their best so their best consistently becomes better...together. Throughout this workshop Ashley will be focusing on: internal connection, commiting to something greater than yourself, creating high performance habits, language/action alignment, embracing opportunities, the contribution of personal improvement impacting overall team dynamic, creating a culture of positive authentic energy and camaraderie. She will reinforce the PANTHERS Values of the Baseball and Softball programs throughout the session while also emphasizing the QRSD mission to develop an interactive and inclusive learning community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in a global society.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: the impact others have had on our lives, embracing mistakes, confidence, character, making a difference, leadership, camaraderie, unity, body language, building rapport, focus, clarity, energy, taking action instead of reacting and being a part of something greater than yourself. She will emphasize the values that reinforce Spirit Central's commitment to building champions both on and off the floor. The strategically planned workshop will involve individual, partner, small group, and whole group activities that provide participants with tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical limits we so often put on ourselves.

The workshop will focus on: communication, creating high performance habits, teamwork, culture, expectations/appreciation, confidence, and the ripple effect.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: mindset, momentum, body language, routines, self-talk, team dynamics, confidence and grit. During the session she will reinforce the COLONIALS Softball Program Values of: FAMILY/COMMITMENT/INTEGRITY as well as emphasize the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment.

Ashley will be following up with the student-athletes who participated in her Leadership/Captains Workshop this past April. Throughout this interactive check-in session Ashley will be focusing on: implementation, embracing the process of progress, language/action alignment, creating momentum, communication, body language, values, standards, creating high performance habits and answering the questions..."How Do I Make This Better" and "How Do We Make This Better." During the workshop Ashley will consistently emphasize the Auburn ROCKETS Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Responsibility. Leadership.

Throughout this interactive workshops Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching "meaning," encouragement and body language. During the session she will consistently emphasize the WOLVES Softball Program Values of: BE A GOOD TEAMMATE/WORK HARD/HAVE FUN as well as reinforce the Nashoba Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self. Pave Your Path. Impact the World.

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: routines, standards, where we were/where we are/where do we want to go, confidence, mindset, implementing lasting change, the power of influence, and taking action instead of reacting. During the check-in she will emphasize the Auburn Athletic Department Values: Integrity. Responsibility. Leadership. The check-in sessions are in place for leaders to polish their effective leadership skills and collaborate with each other as resources...turning challenges into opportunities to learn, grow and succeed while navigating life both on and off of the field/court/ice/track.
