CLIMB HIGHER: Building Confidence, Grit, and Peak Performance
    Softball Program

    Wachusett Regional High School

Designed for the WRHS Mountaineers Softball program, this dynamic workshop challenges student-athletes to dig deep individually and collectively. A softball season, like a mountain, is conquered one pitch, one play, and one practice at a time...not by talent alone, but by the discipline, energy, and commitment of every student-athlete who shows up ready to do the work. Built on the WRHS Softball program's core values of: Accountability. Family. ALL IN. the workshop strengthens confidence through self-belief, harnesses the power of energy and presence, and develops the grit, discipline, and high-performance habits that turn pressure into a privilege. These MOUNTAINEERS will learn how the way they carry themselves every day...on the field, in the classroom, and everywhere they go...shapes their confidence, resilience, and ability to perform when it matters most, understanding the little things are the big things...in sports and throughout every chapter of life.

    Softball Program

    Wachusett Regional High School

The season is halfway climbed, and this is where champions are made. Designed exclusively for the WRHS MOUNTAINEERS Softball program as a mid-season refresher, this dynamic session brings the energy, focus, and connection back to the forefront when the grind is real and the finish line is in sight. Built on the programs core values of Accountability. Family. and ALL IN. this interactive experience challenges student-athletes to create a presence and own their space...everywhere they go. Ashley will focus the team on the power of momentum, the compounding of the little things into the big things, and value, language, and action alignment...making sure what these MOUNTAINEERS say matches what they do. From body language and leading by example to paying attention to detail during practice and games, student-athletes will sharpen the habits that separate good seasons from great ones, and take an honest look at where they were, where they are, and where they want to go.
