Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She’ll also cover personal routines for success, the idea that there’s no off season, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for student-athletes, implementing BISON Women's Volleyball Team Values off the field, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and volleyball related), boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: understanding resilience and its importance, effective leadership, communication, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, and the impact of consistency. The QCC WYVERNS Baseball Team Values: ACCOUNTABILITY/DISCIPLINE/HONESTY will be reinforced and emphasized throughout the session.

This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, embracing the process of progress, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the PANTHERS Softball Program Values: Mental Toughness. Resilience. Togetherness. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and full team activities.
