Ashley is collaborating with Anthony Barbosa for The Fall Jam Classic which is focused on raising awareness about mental health. Throughout the event Ashley will be presenting interactive workshops with all participating teams focusing on: mindset, resiliency, body language, confidence, energy, communication, competitiveness, building rapport and leadership. She will provide student-athletes with multiple tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical fitness limits we so often put on ourselves.
