    I’m WORTH IT!: Creating Confidence Workshop

    Ashley will be conducting three interactive sessions focusing on: self-awareness, intentional mindset shifts, perspective, focus/clarity of energy, time spent vs. time invested, breaking/rebuilding patterns, the art of transformation, building momentum, the little things that make a big difference, negative/positive stacking, facing challenges/embracing opportunities and the power of simplicity.

    Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: discovering your amazingness, understanding how perspective impacts experiences, focus/clarity of standards in various aspects of life, language and action alignment, the results of following through, mindset, character, accountability, short and long term impact of routines and the power of momentum. She will also provide participants with tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical limits we so often put on ourselves throughout various stages of life. Students will be encouraged to take on challenges as opportunities to connect with themselves and each other throughout the strategically planned session.

    Let’s Talk: Relationships and Self-Awareness

    Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will share parts of her story and provide participants with tools to help them push through emotional, mental, physical and social limits they so often put on themselves. Participants will leave feeling empowered as a result of learning various ways to decrease anxieties and stress associated with various types of relationships they will experience both now and in the future. Ashley will emphasize topics embracing the Shine Initiative's mission to combat discrimination and destigmatize mental health conditions in children and young adults.
