Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: understanding resilience and its importance, effective leadership, communication, self-talk, turning challenges into opportunities to learn/grow/conquer, perspective, building a strong support network, reflecting on experiences to gain knowledge/improve, empowerment, body language, tools that decrease stress/anxiety and increase confidence/productivity, intentionally channeling energy, influencing situations instead of being influenced by situations, perseverance, and the impact of consistency. The QCC WYVERNS Baseball Team Values: ACCOUNTABILITY/DISCIPLINE/HONESTY will be reinforced and emphasized throughout the session.

Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: creating high performance habits, body language, emotional/mental/physical GRIT, language/action alignment, mindset, courage, pressure is a privilege, how you "show up" matters, effective leadership, internal connection, setting/attaining high standards, sportsmanship, committing to something greater than yourself and reinforcing a culture of positive authentic energy. The QCC WYVERNS Baseball Values of: Accountability. Discipline. Honesty. will be emphasized during all of the strategically planned: individual, partner, small group and team activities.
