St. John’s High School Pioneer Field

Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: effective communication, camaraderie, stress reduction/resilience building, creating high performance habits, the power of influence, language/action alignment, effort=results, self-talk, routines/performance prep, standards, accountability, how you do the little things impacts the big things and being a part of something greater than yourself. The WCUFH Values: LEADERSHIP/COMMUNICATION/CONFIDENCE will be emphasized and reinforced throughout the strategically planned individual, partner, small group, and team activities.
