Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: transformative leadership, congruence of values and criteria, the ability to work on a team, time management, ambition mapping and the incremental steps to achieve set results, path of improvement, strong work ethic, creating high performance habits, self-reflection, growth mindset, mental health, lifestyle choices, courage, empowerment, and the inner strength to bounce back from setbacks. The BISON Football Team Pillars: Family. Accountability. Commitment. Toughness. Selflessness. will be emphasized and reinforced during the session.

Ashley will also incorporate activities to improve:
-Confidence
-Patience
-Self-advocacy
-Body language
