This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the BISON Men’s Basketball Team Values: Gratitude. Resilience. Intent. Togetherness. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group and full team activities.

Ashley will also incorporate exercises that improve:
-Resilience
-Setting/attaining goals
-Going ALL IN
-Creating high performance habits
