This interactive workshop focuses on improving overall energy through: perspective, leading by example, the power of presence and overcoming doubts/fears. She will reinforce Quabbin’s mission to develop an interactive and inclusive community dedicated to preparing students for productive citizenship in global society.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
