Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: effective communication, power of influence, the little details that add up, body language and confidence. She will emphasize the RAMS motto “Accountability in Action” and reinforce SHRHS’s “Commitment to Excellence” to educate, challenge, and empower students to succeed in the 21st century.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-being present
-resiliency
-mindset
-creating rapport
Open to SHRHS student-athletes only
