Shrewsbury High School MAKE A DIFFERENCE Combination Workshop: Communication and BRING IT!
Girls Softball Program

Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: energy, intensity, resiliency, mindset, encouragement, trust and confidence. She will emphasize the Colonials motto EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE and reinforce the school mission of providing challenging, diverse learning opportunities; promoting creativity and independent thinking; and empowering students to become capable, caring, active contributors to the world in which they live.
Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-body language
-teamwork
-unity
-believing in yourself
-going ALL IN
-committing to results and set goals
