Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: communication, body language, tone, and teamwork. She will emphasize the Colonials motto EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as reinforce the importance of how the little details add up to big results.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-building rapport
-mindset
-overcoming doubts/fears
-leadership
