Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: building resiliency, mindset, breathing techniques, being present, and encouragement. She will emphasize the Colonials motto of EFFORT/ATTITUDE/DISCIPLINE as well as reinforce and deepen the varsity teams “family” bond.

Ashley will also incorporate activities that improve:
-mental toughness
-confidence
-body language
-small shifts that create positive overall results
