Throughout the interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: embracing the process of progress, confidence, character, making choices/decisions with intention, leadership, keeping it simple and taking action instead of reacting. She will reinforce the main values of the program as well as emphasize the importance of coherence, patience, and mutual respect.
