The fall coaching staff from 26 Mid-Wach schools will be attending their annual meeting to collaborate and go over various league/program/team expectations, goals and standards for the 2023 season. During Ashley's interactive workshop she will be focusing on: perspective, accountability, values, mindset, and unity. She will emphasize the positive impact coaches have on their student-athletes and the many life skills taught through sports that help players push through the emotional, mental and physical fitness limits they so often put on themselves both on and off of the field.

Throughout the interactive workshops Ashley and Shrewsbury Athletic Director Jay Costa will provide student-athletes with a variety of activities that reinforce the Colonials 2023 Athletic Department Values: Accountability, Competitiveness and Empowerment. The Colonials motto: EFFORT, ATTITUDE, DISCIPLINE will be incorporated and emphasized during all individual, partner, small and large group exercises. The workshops will focus on: leadership, communication, culture, teamwork, expectations/appreciation, confidence, and the ripple effect.
