Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will provide student-athletes with a variety of activities that reinforce the ROCKETS mission of the commitment to the true spirit of competition through respect, integrity, responsibility, leadership and sportsmanship. The aforementioned values will be incorporated and emphasized during all individual, partner, small and large group exercises. The workshop will focus on: communication, creating high performance habits, teamwork, culture, expectations/appreciation, confidence, and the ripple effect.
