Ashley will be following up with the student-athletes who participated in her Leadership/Captains Workshop this past April. Throughout this interactive check-in session Ashley will be focusing on: implementation, embracing the process of progress, language/action alignment, creating momentum, communication, body language, values, standards, creating high performance habits and answering the questions..."How Do I Make This Better" and "How Do We Make This Better." During the workshop Ashley will consistently emphasize the Auburn ROCKETS Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Responsibility. Leadership.

Throughout this interactive workshops Ashley will be focusing on: building rapport, effective speaking/tone, listening to understand, attaching "meaning," encouragement and body language. During the session she will consistently emphasize the WOLVES Softball Program Values of: BE A GOOD TEAMMATE/WORK HARD/HAVE FUN as well as reinforce the Nashoba Athletic Department Motto: Be Your Best Self.
