Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will be focusing on: mindset, momentum, body language, routines, self-talk, team dynamics, confidence and grit. During the session she will reinforce the COLONIALS Softball Program Values of: FAMILY/COMMITMENT/INTEGRITY as well as emphasize the Shrewsbury Athletic Department Values of: Accountability. Competitiveness. Empowerment.

Ashley will be following up with the student-athletes who participated in her Leadership/Captains Workshop this past April. Throughout this interactive check-in session Ashley will be focusing on: implementation, embracing the process of progress, language/action alignment, creating momentum, communication, body language, values, standards, creating high performance habits and answering the questions..."How Do I Make This Better" and "How Do We Make This Better." During the workshop Ashley will consistently emphasize the Auburn ROCKETS Athletic Department Values of: Integrity. Responsibility. Leadership.
