Throughout this interactive workshop Ashley will focus on: facing challenges/embracing opportunities, confidence, encouragement, self-talk, "showing up," presence, routines, standards, creating high performance habits, pressure is a privilege, effort=results, body language, understanding you are a part of something greater than yourself, Emotional/Mental/Physical GRIT, building resilience and the little things that make a big difference. Ashley will reinforce the PANTHERS Girls Soccer Program Values of: RESPECT/TEAMWORK/RESILIENCE and emphasize the ASRHS Athletic Department Values of: Hungry. Healthy. Humble. Honorable. during the workshop.

During the workshop the BULLDOG Field Hockey Values of: Develop. Guide. Respect. Challenge. will be reinforced as well as their motto: #makingherstory.
