Throughout this interactive session Ashley will be focusing on: creating a presence, owning your space, the power of momentum, the compounding of the little things into the big things, value/language/action alignment, paying attention to detail during class/practice, body language, leading by example, the impact of energy and where we were/are/want to go. The Murphy Academy of Irish Dance Values: Confidence. Strength. Friendship. Tradition. will be highlighted during the workshop activities.

Throughout this interactive workshop, Ashley will focus on a variety of key areas, including individual and team reflection, identifying strengths and areas of improvement, and making intentional adjustments. She'll also cover personal routines for success, setting expectations for oneself and others, and ensuring follow-through. Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for dancers/athletes, implementing the Murphy Academy of Irish Dance Values:  Confidence. Strength. Friendship. Tradition. and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and dance related) that: boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.

This empowering interactive workshop is designed specifically for middle school student leaders. Rooted in the National Junior Honor Society 5 pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship, this experience guides students to understand how their language, actions, and body language align to create authentic influence. Through individual, partner, and group activities, students discover that leadership isn't about perfection...it's about consistent growth and owning their impact. They'll learn how the little things...the daily habits and choices...build the foundation for the big things, shaping not only their own lives but inspiring peers to lead with integrity and purpose. This workshop fosters self-advocacy, trust, and accountability, encouraging every student to step confidently into their role as a leader within their community and beyond.

Additional topics include creating momentum, distinguishing between what must be done versus what should be done, overall wellness for student-athletes, implementing the WPI ENGINEERS Football Team values off the field, and fostering both team and personal accountability. Ashley will also help clarify goals (both personal and football related) that: boost confidence, develop effective leadership skills, and encourage commitment to a purpose greater than oneself.

This REFRESHER will be focusing on: clear and impactful communication, the strength of momentum, leadership, embracing a growth mindset, deliberate choices that foster confidence and camaraderie, and intentional energy channeling. She will emphasize and reinforce the BISON Men’s Basketball Team Values: Gratitude. Resilience. Intent. Togetherness. during the workshops strategically planned individual, partner, small group and full team activities. 

This interactive assembly explores the power of influence and what it truly means to lead by example, communicate effectively, and advocate for yourself with confidence. Students will discover the importance of aligning their language with their actions, and how the little things such as: a look in the eye, a high five, a simple hello, a genuine compliment...add up to the big things that let someone know they matter. Through real, relatable conversation, this assembly challenges students to turn obstacles into opportunities to learn, grow, and conquer, while shifting their focus to what they can control instead of what they can't, and to navigate through the quicksands of life with accountability and self-improvement as daily practices. Students won't just hear about confidence...they'll feel it, walking away with a genuine understanding of how their choices and energy impact not only their own life, but the lives of those around them. At its heart, this assembly is about connection: I matter, you matter, we matter...and in the moments students feel most alone, they'll leave knowing there are people and resources ready to walk with them, from school counselors and hotlines to the trusted adults already in their corner. This is more than an assembly...it's a call for students to lead with intention, step into their power, and create the experiences that shape their lives instead of being shaped by them.
